Dear all,

 

We have a CX5500 which screen is upside down. We never changed anything, maybe a user did it without knowing what he was doing. Anyway we have now this upside down screen. We did the 20 second reset, but this did not change anything.

Do you know how we or where are the settings to put back to normal?

I have never heard of this and if you are already running Software 1.2.3 would suggest you contact your Polycom reseller for an RMA.
