Hi,
Since migration from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013, the behavior of a call "Frequent Contacts" from a VVX300 Phone to a user Lync in RCC (Remote Call Control) mode has change.
It calls the Lync Client (sip uri) and not the Line URI (PBX Phone).
The firmware of the phones is 5.3.0 and it is the same behavior in 5.4.0 RevA.
Now if i press longer to the dynamic key of the frequent contact, i can choose the Line URI.
Is there a parameter for using directly the Line URI instead Sip URI when you press on your frequent contacts?
Regards,

Hello sra,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
I am not really sure what the upgrade from exchange would have to do with the LYNC favorites but in order to troubleshoot this we would need you to raise a support ticket with our team via your Polycom reseller.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
