Hello Rajitha,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The VVX Paper Expansion Module is not officially supported when used with LYNC / Skype for Business as noted on the Data Sheet => here <=

I have added this information to the community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Jan 22, 2014 Question: Which VVX Phones support the new Expansion Modules and what Software Version is required?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

and I created a new FAQ post:

Jan 08, 2016 Question:Can I use the Paper Expansion Module with LYNC / Skype for Business ?

Resolution: The VVX Paper Expansion Module does not support Microsoft® Lync® / Office365® / Skype® for Business

In addition I added this information to the FAQ post's discussing moving the Line Keys.
