FTP Provisioning Error

We got hit with the update reboot loop and we fixed that by disabling the update feature in SfB online. Most of our phones after rebooting flashed to the version we have on the pervisoning server. But a bunch are stuck at the other version. When i check the logs on those phones i see the following:

Not all phones are in this state but there are enough of them that i dont want to flash them manually Anyone ever run into that particular FTP error?
