I'm hoping to use the same FTP Provisioning server for both VVX and Trio devices, but hitting a road block on how to have sepereate config files, one for VVX's and one for Trio's?

Do the Trio's have a specific MAC address range, or are they going to be intermixed with the VVX Mac addresses.  With 60+ Trio's being ordered, I'm not too keep on a MAC config file for each one if I don't have to.

The good news is yes, they do seem to use different MAC prefixes. The VVX use the two ranges listed here:

http://community.polycom.com/t5/Skype-for-Business/NEW-MAC-Address-Prefix-for-Polycom-Voice-Products...

And all my Trio 8800's use 00:04:F2:

We use Windows Server DHCP and I've got separate policies set up for the VVX and Trio MAC prefixes, pointing them to different paths on the FTP server. Works well.

Hello RyanTrainor,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

Did you ever solve your issue => here <= ?

In regards of the MAC range the Trio will at some point also use the 64 MAC range so there is no way to differentiate.
