We recently purchased a Polycom Trio 8800 (PN 2201-65290-019). We are using it with Microsoft Office 365. We have completed setup and can successuly log into the device with the Office 365 account and make/receive Skype for Business calls. However, when we click on Calendar we get an error message “Failed to discover Exchange Server”. We need to be able to see the Exchange calendar so that we can connect to meetings we have invited the Polycom Trio to.

Can anyone advise?

Hi, it's been a while, but I think we used to have this issue.

Give this a try:

Go to Settings->Applications->Exchange Applications

Click Disable on Autodiscover.

Enter the following on Exchange Server URL:

https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx

Click Enable on Autodiscover.

Save and check and see if your calendar works correctly.

Hello, I had this problem.

I was able to solve it by leaving the "Domain" field blank.

Instead, use the full email address as the username.

Auto-Discover works after that. But, in case you need to enter it manually - it autodiscovers 'outlook.office365.com' as the server.

Perfect, it worked 🙂
