Hello UmbertoDiCiocco,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The UC Software 5.5.0 Release notes contain this information:

UC Software 5.5.0 has not been qualified by Microsoft to use in Lync or Skype for Business deployments. Polycom will not support UC Software 5.5.0 use in Lync or Skype for Business deployments.

Stating the above if you want to continue "testing" Skype for Business with UC Software 5.5.0 you can use:

  • feature.deviceLock.enable="0"

The above disables the phone to follow the Skype for Business Policy to lock the phone.

In case you are using the "Polycom Lock" as described here:

Apr 23, 2013 Question: How can I lock my phone?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Have a look at the:

  • phoneLock.Allow.AnswerOnLock

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
