Joining Skype for Business meetings from Trio 8800 and VVX410

Hi

I have problems joining meetings from the calender on the Trio 8800.

I have a 365 demo tenant,

Created Room 1 and skype enabled the room.

Asigned a skype licens.

Configured the room to auto accept meetings from internal and external users,

The meetings show up in the calender of the Trio 8800 but there is no Join metting button showing on the phone

I can call the account on the phone and have a video meeting

Version of the software in the phone 5.4.4.7776

Re: Joining Skype for Business meetings from Trio 8800 and VVX410

Hello Chris,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Could this be the same issue as => here <=

aka:

The issue is caused by our endpoints rely on metadata in the meeting invites that can be stripped when they are sent outside of the schedulers organization. See this article for more information:

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt691563.aspx

Microsoft has recently updated all of their clients to not require the TNEF data but our devices at present require this.

Can you check the logs if you get the relevant information:

Jan 17, 2017 Question:How can I troubleshoot simple Skype for Bussines, LYNC or Office365 issues?

Resolution: Have a look => here <=

We would need to see some logs and if that does not help open a ticket with support.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
