When in a Lync / SfB conference call from a SSTR VoIP there are various pop-up messages in the SSTR console in response to specific actions taken in the conference. For example:

  • val voip_popup "Phone In" "A presenter wants you to unmute yourself:"
  • val voip_popup "Phone In" "The presenter has turned off audience mute:"
  • val voip_popup "Phone In" "The presenter has muted the audience:"
  • val voip_popup "Phone In" "A presenter has muted you:"
  • val voip_popup "Phone In" "You have been promoted to presenter:"
  • val voip_popup "Phone In" "You have been demoted to attendee:"
  • val voip_popup "Phone In" "You have been removed from the conference by a presenter:"
  • val voip_popup "Phone In" "This meeting is now locked.:"
  • val voip_popup "Phone In" "This meeting is now unlocked.:"

Are these messages documented somewhere, are there any others?

Are there API commands available for Lync CCCP controls? The VVX phones have controls via softkeys for:

  • Mute All / Unmute
  • Enable Announcements
  • Lock / Unlock
  • Conf.Opt (Displays Conf. Info)
  • Roster
  • Invite

Thanks,

James
