PIn/Extension Unavaillable cannot do Sign IN

Phone model: IP 5000

UC Software Version 4.1.1.0731
BootROM Software Version 5.1.1.0132

 

I have checked all DHCP server options and all seems ok

phone is talking to Provisisoning server fine

 

Note: phone sign-in fine if i use User credential method:

 

Can someplease check below logs and let me know what I am missing:

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

First I would look at your configuration file as these errors are not normal and make me guess that you copied some stuff from the <mac>.cfg file into it:

Can you please give me some hint on what should be excepted on the missing options?
 
e.g. App_file_path - what should be the excpeted value

Hello Mykee,

nothing that is part of the <mac>.cfg should be in any configuration file.

 

The <mac>.cfg is the transport mechanism to load configuration via the Config_File Section.

 

This is all explained in the FAQ:

Resolution: Please check => here <=

 

Usually it is sufficient to simply place the phone into LYNC base profile. No other configuration is being used.
