Hello Community,

I have a question about the Better Together functionality with Citrix Virtual Desktops.

 

Is it possible to configure the BToE-Connector to use a specific IP-Phone instead of autodiscovering the passed through Phone on the computers LAN connector?

 

Is it planned to extend the BToE feature to use it "non-local"?

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

At present BToE does not support such functionality and I am unable to discuss future roadmap within this public community.

 

You should work with your Polycom reseller to be brought in contact with a Polycom sales engineer as we require a NDA in place before we can discuss future roadmap.
