How do you 'page down' to see next screen of favorites on a Polycom VVX 400?
I can see 5 on left column and 6 on right column in alphabetical order but I have a lot more than 11 favourites defined in Lync (Skype for Business) and need to be able to call these folks too!
Phone is running 5.4.1.14510
Thanks!

Hello dMb,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
The phone can obviously only display the contacts / favorites assigned to the line keys.
You can either purchase a Expansion Module if you want to see their status at all times or simply press the More Softkey and then the Contacts Softkey.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
