Hello everyone

We just acquire Polycom VVX 601 for our Lync Server 2013 deployment. As you know, VVX 601 gets locked when it is idle.

We are trying to provision the phone with a TFTP  to create Mac Address cfg and disable the phone lock with this :

  • feature.deviceLock.enable="0"

But we have two problems. First of all the Provisioning Server only download the files from the phone, but I cannot send files to the phone.

Second, we dont have the Master CFG to set the feature.deviceLock.enable="0"

Do you have the Master CFG, and help us to deploy the Provisioning server in the best way?

Thank you for your support

Kind regards
