Hello Steffen,

 

I have the same issue with Trio. Software version is 5.4.2.2400. I have changed the time server settings and i still could not sign in. kindly check the log to see if there something am doing wrong. See log below;

I can't really tell if the Office 365 is using modern authentication.

Hello Steffen,

 

I am yet to confirm if the SFB is using modern day authentication as i'm having issues connecting powershell to SFB online.

 

Meanwhile if modern authentication is enabled by default would i have to disable it and vice versa before the polycom trio will sign in?

 

I have another SFB online account, and i could sign in with it on the customer's network using the trio but when i change to the customer's SFB online account i am not able to sign in using the trio.

Hello Okorosi Peter,

Only the VVX phones currently support modern Authentication and the Trio will follow with a later release.
