I have just purchased the Realpresence Trio 8800 product.
I have followig issues
1. I was able to connect to Skype but the Skype call is not going through there is no trasmitting of voice and nor I am able to hear the other persons voice.
The Application software version is 184.108.40.2060
2. On windows 10 it is not getting recognized via USB or Bluetooth
3. The Receiver icon is disabled. when clicked I see the service unavailable.
4. I am unable to use the USB stick on trio 8800.
Help is appreciated

Please upgrade to a currently supported software version like UC Software 5.4.5
