Helllo,
If I have VVX201 for SFB, and i want to replace with firmware for SIP. Is it compatible the firmware for SIP if i loaded into VV201 SFB?

YEs our software is dual stack. Simple switch the profile after a factory reset.

Hello Sinjo,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
Simply press 1,5 and 3 together to factory reset. After this comes back press 1,4 and 9 together to set to Generic Profile.

Hello Steffen,
It's means that no need to upload the firmware for open/generic SIP? Just simply reset factory default and setting back to generic profile? And the VVX201 can use for Generic SIP PBX such as Asterisk based IP PBX. Am i correct?

There are no hardware differences between a LYNC / Skype SKU and a Generic SKU.

Hello Steffen,
After i press 1,4, and 9 back to Generic Profile, i open the browser to open VVX 201 web configuration and user name : admin/password : 456 but can not login. The message "authorization failed". Can you help why it failed?

Hello Sinjo,
what browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser yet?
I suggest bringing this to the attention of support.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post your phone's MAC address so I can look up who would be able to support you.
