Setting up SFB and O365 trio 8800 realpresence

Ok so before i post logs can anyone give some detailed intructions on setting up SFB to work with my trio 8800 realpresence.

Can you help me actually set up SFB to work with the polycom,the issue is once we try to sign in with out domain it stays stuck on the signing in screen. But if we try another domain it logs in no problem

In my role as a Polycom employee I am unable to provide this kind of service.

Does the failing Domain use MFA aka modern authentication? If yes then this is currently not supported and will be added to a future release.

  • As you can see the red section it seems a DNS issue.

  • The yellow section indicates we do not like what we get from the DHCP server but I would ignore this for now.

I suggest you check with your own network team and then contact SCANSOURCE COMMUNICATIONS who we sold the Trio to back in 07/04/2017.

 

You can of course come back to the community but without changing the logging and following basic instructions and at least posting the currently used software version there is not a lot we can do.
