We've got Office 365 (+Skype for Business) and are considering buying Polycom phones w/ Skype for Business licenses.

However we do not use the Skype for Business SIP/PSTN features -- we've got a separate hosted PBX VoIP provider.

Is it possible to use our hosted VoIP/SIP provider with benefits (contact/calendar integration) from O365/Skype for Business?

That is, can users log in to their phones to see thier Office 365 contacts, but still use our hosted SIP provider for telephony?

I *think* we can set Skype for Business to deploy our hosted PBX provisioning server:

Set-CsIPPhonePolicy -LocalProvisioningServerAddress ourhostedvoip.com/config/url -LocalProvisioningServer Type http

Hello semeko,

Polycom only utilizes the Skype for Business platform due our partnership with Microsoft.

You therefore may want to reach out to the Microsoft® community and / or Microsoft® support directly instead as this is the most direct and efficient path.
