SoundStation Duo can't login using PIN or LYNC credentials

Hello,

 

I have a couple of SoundStation Duo's which I can not get logged into either by PIN or Lync credentials. UC Software version 4.1.1.0731. I have others that log in no problem and this one was logged in but needed to relocate it and now it won't sign in.

 

Hopefully someone can point me in the direction to fix.
