Hi folks,

I'm having an issue with our VVX410/500's only showing numbers when they missed calls and not the missed caller's name.  However, Caller ID is working when they call in.  Has anybody experienced this?

Also, it doesn't always happen but when someone calls the handset, and the subscriber picks up the handset, the call is not always answered.  If the subscriber presses the answer soft key, it only sometimes picks up the call.

Environment:

2013 Lync Ent Voice paired with Exchange 2007 (yes you read that correctly).

Handsets are VX410 and VVX500s that are BToE paired with a desktop running Windows 7 and Outlook 2010/2013.

Hello Karnov,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

The above is also stated in the "Read First: Welcome to the Polycom VoIP Forum"

Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Question: How can I find out my SIP UC Software Version or the BootROM Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here

In addition please be aware that we do not support Exchange 2007 at least for a Voice Mail environment.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier

Software version for all the phones is 5.4.2.0334

I should clarify that we are in coexsitence with Exchange 2007 and Excahgne 2013, with all the subcribers mailboxes on Exchange 2007 currently.
