A few of our VVX 500 phones are randomly downgrading to 5.4.1.17653. After that installs, the phone immediately reboots and installs the version that is on our FTP server 5.5.1.11526. I've seen this happen on several phones during the day and am wondering if it's happening to others during off hours as well.

VVX 500

FTP Server has version 5.5.1.11526

Randomly displays a message that an update is available Version 5.4.1.17653

If end user does not cancel, phone automatically reboots and installs 5.4.1.17653

After installation, the phone comes back up. Once application loads, the phone immediately reboots and installs 5.5.1.11526

Phone is back to normal for several days until the next "random" reboot

I've attached both the app log and boot log.

Thanks in advance.
