I have a couple of VVX 600's that will not transfer PSTN calls.

5.4.0.10182

When registered to my Amer system the phone transfers blindly to 4 digit ext’s.

When registered to my Emea system the phone fails to transfer blindly to 4 digit ext’s.

Both the Amer and Emea dial plans are 11 digits.

The 4 digits normalize just fine in both dial plans in Cntrl panel.

If I enter the full number into the VVX it transfers blindly.

If I send the call to an Aastra it will transfer blindly to 4 digit ext’s.

Thanks,

Jim

Hello jmS12345,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This should be pretty simple to troubleshoot.

Simply enable logging on the LYNC server side and check what either the difference between the working and non working call or a failing call from a VVX with a working call from a CX Phone or other vendor or even a LYNC client.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
