Environment: VVX500 and VVX 600
FW: 5.5.2.8571

Problem:

When Flexible Line Key Assignment is enabled (feature.flexibleLineKey.enable=1) the Skype Simultaneous ring is not working:

0614182622|flk  |5|00|flkmodule|[FLKDataHandler::readLinesDataFromCSV] [9] contact added into CSV MAP from CSV File
0614182659|sip  |*|00|CInterDomain::getItsMicrosoftResource: Resource xxx@yyy.com does not exist
0614182659|sip  |*|00|CInterDomain::handlePresenceUpdate: Unknown Presence Object xxx@yyy.com

1. The delegate icon is not present as a line key, unless you manualy assign it on a line key.
2. On incoming calls the phone does not ring, nor displays the incoming call screen.

When the FLK feature is disabled(feature.flexibleLineKey.enable=0), the phone rings, but the line keys cannot be used to assign contacts - all line keys are empty, while the log shows that the contents of the .csv file are loaded:

This is ok, as the FLK feature is disabled, but we would like to have both FLK and delegation working, as bosses' secretaries relly on this and the expansion modules are useless.

When FLK feature is enabled the phone shows correctly the contacts from the .csv file, but the incomming calls does not work.

After couple of reboots, the delegation works for a few calls, then stops again and some of the time the phone hangs and have to be rebooted.

I've testest with FW 5.4.4E, and the situation is the same.

Is this a bug and is there a way to change the behavior?

Hello Nikolay,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This is something our support team would need to look at so please open a case.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
