Hello Matt,

 

its partly my own fault as I should have double checked this fact prior to responding.

 

To my knowledge the 101 never supported Skype or LYNC as the VVX101 is a cheap entry level phone for openSIP only.

 

The official Microsoft page also does not list the VVX101.

 

That it worked can only be a mistake in the software as it never should have worked.

 

I can only apologize for the confusion caused and good luck with the RMA.
