VVX501 Skype4biz CloudPBX Boot loop

I have a VVX501 being used with Skype for Business Online CloudPBX that was stuck on "Updating" this morning it eventually failed and is now sitting at "Updating initial Configuration" which eventually fails with unable to locate <mac-addr-of-phone>.cfg which eventually fails with "application is not present" I called support and they verified I had a support contract but refused to assist b/c it was the weekend and I did not have the 24/7 support which is what I purchased.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
