VVX501 fails to download 000000000000.cfg

Hi,

We have our provisioning server deployed to configure VVX410s/500s/600s.  We just got our first VVX 501s in and they are not pulling down the image.  I took a look at the log file.  It looks like it is timing out when it tries to pull the 000000000000.cfg.  Any thoughts on why this one might be choking and the rest of our phones image fine?

As for firmware, here is what the 501 has: 5.4.1.17954.  We are pushing 5.4.2.2834.

Is the file there and can you download it?

Yes, file is there.  All other phones use it to configure.  I am going to try using a MAC address specific configuration and then try again.  If that fails I will open a ticket.

Sounds like this might be isolated to one device. We will facotory reset it but we have another VVX501 in another office that just imaged fine.
