Hi,

I have updated a Polycom VVX600 with the new firmware UC 5.6. After the upgrade, the phone shows always the warning: "Exchange credentials are not configured".  I can remove the message manually but after a reboot, the warning is back. When I go to the Exchange Applications settings of the phone and change their sth. (no matter which setting) and save this, the error message disappears. But again, after the reboot the message is back.

Could you please help me with that issue?

PROLEM Solved by adding   <up up.warningLevel="1" />  in the conifg.

Hello Michael,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

What was the last known working software version?

I am currently away so I suggest you get this into support.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you. End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

Hello Michael,

Your solution hides the error message but does not solve your actual issue.

Please open a case as already advised.

Any update on this issue?

I'm seeing the same thing on 5.5.2.8571 after upgrading from 5.4.3.2036.

We disable exchange via :

feature.exchangeCalendar.enabled="0"

I'm going to test disabling other things but its unfortunate to have to edit configuration files just for a software update.  I understand editing the config files for feature enhancements but not for this.

Thanks

Sean

Hello Sean,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

The only way Polycom can fix this is if this is escalated into support.
