Hi I can't login to our phone as out lync user with the phone number and pin I've been provided it says "Registrar FQDN cannot be found. Please contact your support team"
It works on other sites but not ours even though the dhcp options have been added for the vlan it's on.
I've enabled remote log access but I can't find the username and password. admin and 456 does not work and PlcmSpIp PlcmSpIp doesn't work either.
