Hello thyhk215,

Polycom and other manufacturers produce 3PIP compatible phones in order to be utilized with Microsoft® Lync® and/or Skype for Business.

You therefore may want to reach out to the Microsoft® community and / or Microsoft® support directly instead as this is the most direct and efficient path. The VVX phone would download any dialplan's from the LYNC / Skype for Business Server.

Please try here

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
