License VSX 7000 software 9.0.6.2 Realese for all VSX and V series Products

Good morning, I have the VSX 7000 and a factory reset was necessary . I've done downloading SoftUpdate and needs license to upgrade and already I contacted many authorized Polycom resellers that sell license here in Brazil and the result was not satisfactory had information not be able to acquire this license , how do I have the license of the software 9.0.6.2 Realese for all VSX and V series Products . Serial No. : 82061806EBAK

I cannot find any reference to the serial number you posted. Can you double check?
