Lost License Number

Hello,

 

We seem to have lost our license number for our polycom HDX 7000 system. How much do these license cost to reobtain?

I wish some of that applied to me, but this system was bought 5 or so years prior to me being here. Things have been misplaced since then and I made this account recently in the hopes to getting their video conferencing system back up and running. I was hoping you could provide me with a new licensing cost so I could inform my employer. Thank you.

Hello WaupacaDHHS,

 

The process to recover a license is still the same even if you are not the original person looking after this system.

 

We simply need the serial number of the device usually starting with 82

 

Polycom does not sell directly to end users so if you need to purchase a new license for your device you need to contact a Polycom reseller in your yet unknown region.
