The GroupSeries was purchased back in 14/04/2016 and an activation date of 2016/05/18 and shows available but not entitled for the software.

 

I would simply call our Support Team.

We have a polycom vsx 7000. The serial number is 82081209D5A7AK.

It has been working perfectly till now. Our admin, in an effort to upgrade erased the ROM.

We do noy seem to have the software CD with us.

Please suggest ways to get it back on line.

We are open to roll back to the old software or buy a new one.

We do not have the key for the old software itself.

I did check that. It says updates are available but I am not entitled to any of them.

 

I cant see any link for a new purchase of license / key.

 

If you can guide me to that, would be grateful.

Thank you for your reply, but the person who registered this product doesn't work in our company now. Nobody knows on which account parameters this product was registered.

Thank you I found product. Key Code, but the key is invalid where trying to install software version 8.5 or later.

Looking at the serial number the unit was sold back in 20/04/2007.

 

This was to a UK company which I have no idea how you in the country of residence came to this unit.

 

I assume nobody ever upgraded or purchased any maintenance so unfortunately the unit is at what Software state it was.

 

Looking how old this unit is and checking the possible support for this it seems that the original VSX7000 Support for the product was available until 12/31/2010

 

There was some follow up units but as far as I am aware they are either near end of sale or will be soon.

 

Your unit is more than 10 years old. The last activity was 2007/05/23
