hi, i have an ATX telepresence solution installed, what i need to know is , how do i see the calls been made and the durations they lasted?. i want to be able to see all call log, showing the location and the duratuion of calls, please help
You should be able to either pull the CDR (Call Detail Record) from the Primary HDX (wraps about ever 200 calls) or pull the CDR from your Gatekeeper if you are registered to on.
