Will 2457-65015-010 work between a HDX 7000 and an EagleEye III camera?  Or do you need to use 2457-23180-010?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The cable is:

 

2457-23180-010 HDCI(M) to HDCI(M) 10m camera cable for EagleEye HD/II/III  to Polycom HDX and RealPresence Group Series. 2nd HDX HDCI input requires external PS (8200-23390-040, supports only EEIII).  Limited support for EE View camera (videoandcontrol, no audio).

 

I am unable to find 2457-65015-010 in a current list.

The 2 different cables mentioned in this message are the same except for the logo that is used on the over mold at the connector.  One has the old 'triangle' logo whereas the other has the 'circles' logo.

 

All HDX products and accessories are end of sale, but inventory remains in the supply chain, thus there maybe confusion on the ones targeted for HDX (old logo) and the ones targeted at the Group Series (circle logo).
