I have a hdx 6000 and I need a backup but I can not enter by ip because it does not start the computer it is only in the polycom logo that another way I can make a backup that cable and where I connect to the equipment to do it

You cannot make a backup as the unit does not boot due the error shown.

 

You must contact Polycom in order to sort out this issue.
