Using Windows 7 and Cisco VPN 5.0.07.0410

CMA Desktop 5.2.2 - When using this client against CMA Server 5.5, the client hangs at "initializing call stack"

In CMA server, the client shows that it is registered with the Gatekeeper and the Directory.

CMA Desktop 5.2.0 - Same results as 5.2.2

CMA Desktop 5.1.0 - When using this client, it registers fine and works fine, with the exception that it never signs into the Presence server.

I'm guessing some port is being blocked from VPN client to CMA Server.  Can you tell me which it might be? Is it TCP 5222

upgrade your CMA server to 6, and then apply the patch for CMA 6

Ok. Upgraded the CMA 5000 to version

6.0.1.79420

which is the latest available patch.

I have the same issue.  I note that the CMA Desktop client is not picking up the VPN tunnel address as its local address when the Cisco client is in use.  It does for a Windows client connection.
