Call Connected with problem || Issue with calls from Public IP addresses/Internet || Polycom DMA



Please help me understand the reason for the error code "disengage reason:14116".


We are using Polycom DMA 7000 , software version 6.0.1 and Polycom RMX 2000 software version 8.5.



Only calls from Internet initiated are facing the issue. The calls in the internal network works fine.


We see the notification on the RMX for call being connected and then after few seconds the call end. The call status on the RMX is "connected with problem".


We have a first the Radware load balancer then the Checkpoint firewall (NAT) and then the polycom DMA in our network.


I have attached the packet capture file of the call taken from the Radware load balancer.
