My company has a ViewStation 512 (model PVS-16XX) system, using ISDN connection so far.  I would like to know does this model able to place video conference call through IP connection?

Yes, this unit is capable of placing video calls over IP.

You’ll need to enable it under call settings.

On the back of the unit there are two network connectors, one labeled LAN and the other PC. Make sure to connect the one labeled LAN.

 Regards,
