Hi

I have a Windows 10 tablet with RealPresence desktop installed. I can pair to the Debut via wireless and share content but once in a call it will not share the content. Is this a feature of this system? The debut has firmware version 1.3.0 installed.

I have tried this same tablet with a Polycom Realpresence Group 500. With Realpresence desktop it will not share content during a call. If I use People + Content it does.

Is this a limitation with the software?

Regards

Graeme

Hi All

I was testing this with two Polycom units that were within the same office, on the same network. In this case content sharing did not function. When I connected to an external VC, the content sharing functioned as required. The internal units are connected to a VBP.

Sorry for the confusion.
