How fixed the HTTP 413 error? Is the same thing happens to me when I want to update.

When faced with potential network issues, get a bit of network strig, remove the HDX from the network & connect to your laptop (with the .pup file on it).  Give the laptop an IP address similar to the HDX & web browse from laptop to HDX.  Follow the instructions in the document I posted earlier in this thread.

(Depending on your laptop you may need a crossover network cable {network string})

Hi There 

I have a couple of HDX unit (7000 and 8000) which are in different locations, the Infrastructure is Cisco with Cisco MSE8510 and a Cisco MSE Supervisor 8050.

Currently the units have Ver. 3.1.1.3 and everything works fine including "Content Sharing". When I update to Ver. 3.1.3.2 I can still dial to the Bridge facility but I loose Content Sharing when dialing to the Cisco MSE8510.

 

Any one come across this using Polycom with Cisco.
