We have a GS500 on site here and I'm having a heck of a time getting video calls to work through H.323. I can make H.323 audio calls, and I can also make SIP audio and video calls. H323 video calls always fail. I have an externally IP assigned to the device with all ports open to it currently for testing, but it still doesn't work.

In testing with BlueJeans and Zoom, I see the GS500 show up in the meeting, but it never connects.

In my research, I've seen several tidbits on disabling any kind of H323 inspection on the 2911, but I'm unsure how to do this.

A few additional notes:

  • IOS 15.3
  • The RealPresence desktop app can make h323 video calls on the same network.
  • h323 calls work within the nat from camera to camera (gs300 on the other end)
  • Only fails when traveling out the router.

I managed to get H323 working. Calls into the GS500 work fantastic, however, calls out over H323 only work if I limit the speed to 760
