Hello,

 

I have a question regarding a Group 500 Series unit.

Software version : 6.1.0-310348

 

Using Real Presence Resource Manager, the status for the unit on the left hand side has 'Green'. The information window on the right-hand side is constantly saying 'Rebooting'. The unit seems to work for calls...Just wondering what may be causing the continuous 'Rebooting' script.

Hello everyone,

 

Today, in RPRM, it says 'Device Managed : Unknown'. It no longer says 'Rebooting' continuously.

 

Interesting again as on the left hand side for status, everything is Green.
