Hi,

I have a query over H.323 and E.164 dial string on the HDX series.

With older Polycom units that direct dialed conference on MCU using an IP address and conferences code, we used the format:

  • 111.111.111.111##12345

Where 12345 was the E.164 number of the room.

I believe the the HDX support a more standard way of dialing this using the URI format:

  • 12345@111.111.111.111

However, is this supported across ALL HDX's on all firmware revisions, or is this something that only came in with later firmware revisions.

Cheers

H.323 Annex O dialing support started with Release 3.0.0 on the HDX Series systems.  See Release Notes for 3.0.0:  http://downloads.polycom.com/video/hdx/ReleaseNotes/hdx_RelNotes30_036b.pdf
