When we share content to a HDX 7000 room system, the video particpant disappears and only the content is displayed.  How do we allow both the remote video particpant along with their content to show at the same time on the HDX 7000?  The content is being sent from a Group Series 500.  The HDX 7000 is running on Release - 3.0.3.1-19040 and connected to a single display.

Do you have the input defined as content?  Do you have H.239 configured?

 

Please refer to the Admin Guide for additional informaiton on how to configure the system.  You can find the admin guide here
