We turned off Auto Answer Point-to-Point and now we can no longer answer. If a remote site calls us via IP or ISDN it rings once on our side but it rings a long time on their side. We do not get the pop-up box to accept the call. The only things we changed were to require passwords for logins and to turn on HTTPS access. We can call out and connect fine to a bridge but they cannot call us. We also cannot call between our three HDX 7000 units in our LAN. We upgraded three of our units to 3.0.3-14451 but that didn't help.

I have done some testing and I'm afraid I cannot reproduce the issue. Are you using the Polycom Touch Control panel? I suggest giving our tech support a call. We can do some troubleshooting. 888-242-4143

No we do not use a touch control panel. We just use the remote control that came with the unit. We will be calling. Thanks.
