Hello Team,

one of our customer is having HDX7000 system and on display we are not getting a original pictures colour on display it shows pinkinsh colour .

Since from long time we are facing and we raised a RMA for new camera and the new camera also on display shows pinkish colour..

What troubleshoot can i do for fixed the solution.

It could also be a cable, but most likely it is the room.  Check the HDX IRM (Integrator's Reference Manual) for suggestions on colors to be used in a videoconferencing room and the lighting.  It could be simply the lights are causing the issue or the room has a lot of surfaces which are reflecting red/pinkish light and the camera will see it.

 

You can test it by using the camera and pointing at a known color with the camera zoomed in all the way and the object is lit with a good light to see what you see then.


It could also be that someone adjusted the camera's advanced settings and is causing it.

I'd also suggest you attempt to set White Balence from the WEB interface.   If you have a mixture of light "Color" coming into the room (Outside windows, LED lights, Incandecent lights, etc) you may have to force the Codec to a specific color temperature to get it to look right.
