Hi Steffen

Thanks for all your replies.

I don't see this as been the problem on the CMA but a problem on the Codec itself.

The reason I'm saying this is because you cannot access the unit directly using the IP address via the Web interface.

If you open the a web browses and type in the IP address, you can't access the unit directly.

Any idea's...

Thanks

Hello StephenWood,

if you work with your support team and they provide you with the CMA 6.2.5 HF1 as already mentioned on multiple occasions and then install this and reboot the HDX you should be able to access the HDX again via the Web Interface.

The CMA issues causes 100% CPU load on the HDX, if this is the same issue, and therefore prevents the HDX Web Interface from being accessed. This mainly occurs if the HDX web interface is protected by a password.

You need to work with our support team as the community is not a replacement for our support infrastructure.

I am posting this in order to get people to receive this hotfix which in my opinion should fix their issue.

You already exchanged HDX hardware only to find the same issue to occur again. The only part that has not been changed  / updated so far is your CMA.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
