Sounds a bit like you have a single monitor system with Monitor 2 enabled & your far end video is going there.
If it is a single monitor system go to Admin>Monitors & Set Monitor 1 to display Near Far & Content & turn Dual Monitor Emulation ON.
Then go to next page & turn off Monitor 2.
If it's a Dual Monitor System Go Admin>Monitors & set Monitor 1 to Near & Far Video.
Go to next page & set Monitor 2 On & tick Near Far & Content.
Always worked for me. Pete

Dear Check the bandwidth of your link .
If the bandwidth is too law , it cant recieve the video from the far site . So try to reduce default bandwidth setting of Transmission and Reception speed of a call to some what like 256 k and try . It will give you display but you need to increase your bandwidth .
