Dear All,

 

After switching on the HDX 8002 codec, appears splash screen Polycom and the codec is not loaded, reloaded after a certain time, and so constantly.

 

I have tried to reset to factory settings, but nothing helps.

 

I beg suggest to a solution.

Hi a.nigaryan...

disconnect all cables except monitor cable / power cable and try to boot again.

If that´s successful, try to reconnect the cables (camera, audio, LAN etc.) one by one.

Had this poblem once with a faulty camera cable.

Thank you, but unfortunately the HDX in the same state.
