HDX 9000 Random disconnects, must reboot before reconnecting.

13 endpoints between campuses.  Could disconnect at any time, any endpoint. All calls are point to point.  Both sites are addrressed on our internal network, but the circuit between sites is provided by the county and we have no eyes or control of it.  We make connections with another university over our outside circuit and they never drop.  I'm trying to make suggestions to the county about what they may check for.  The thing that stands out to me is that once the call drops, the endpoint must be rebooted to reconnect.  Any insight would be appreciated!

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Read First"

I also suggest of simply posting a log.
